grace ~ midnight morning 

Even before I planned this shoot, I knew Grace would be the perfect model. We met at one of my “First Friday’s” events, chatted, snapped a few photographs together, and brainstormed on a hopeful photo shoot, together.

Her petite frame, added with her wild maroon hair and tattoos, peppered with her zest and energy, inspired me to think outside of the box when it came to the type of shoot. Her look screamed urban, city girl, assertive, night life, fun with a dash of vibrancy. I’d use these qualities with a mixture of my photo ideas to release a combination of color and mood.

My vision was to trash a dress with colorful paint in a desolate alleyway. And after, walk around downtown, following the midnight light. Mission accomplished.
